FLM Loans work slightly different to most other payday loan lenders. All applications need a guarantor.  The reason behind this is if you are unable to pay your loan back, the guarantor can pay for you. This means that FLM Loans are lending to people with bad/no credit that usually would not get approved for a loan through any other payday loan company.

Loan Requirements

•    Must be aged over 18 years.
•    Must not be bankrupt or have an IVA.

Guarantor requirements

•    Must be a UK homeowner.
•    Be aged between 23-70 years of age.
•    Have a good credit history.
•    Earn a minimum of £800 per month through employment, pension or benefits.
•    Cannot be a guarantor of another FLM Loan.

Loan extension

FLM Loans do not offer repayment holidays or breaks.

Charges and Fees

FLM Loans calculate interest on your loan daily. The interest rate is calculated depending on how much you borrow and for how long you borrow it for.
